About:

This narrative-driven, NES-styled homage to the Legend of Zelda series visits the North Poole, a toy store where the old has been replaced with the new. New toys invade from the mysterious doors of “Ra’Sei Ving.’

To defeat the new toys, you’ll want to save all your new friends, but they’re scattered across the toy store. If you can bring them a safe haven, you’ll have all the strength you need to defeat the great challenge ahead. After all, the might of many is greater than the might of one.

Yo, really nice idea!

Very interesting gameplay and, i wanna mark, very good story! Arts are so cozy and inspiring christmas!

Btw, if u have a little bit of time to play in my game, press here: https://itch.io/jam/cozy-winter-jam-2023/rate/2429047

I really appreciate this!

Very comfortable and certainly an adorable playthrough. I totally approve the choice of the penguin as the protagonist ^^. My only personal gripe is the lack of a "physical" hurtbox, which made attacking enemies from above feel a bit clunky, but it's certainly nothing major and quite easy to look past. Phenomenal work by everyone involved!

Thank you for playing, and for sharing this feedback about attack mechanics! We appreciate your insight and are glad you still enjoyed the game otherwise. Cheers!

This is the epitome of and cute, creative and overall very sweet game. The effort is clearly in screen and all the team deserve amazing praise for it. I loved it from start to end and will be ready for a round 2. Keep up the amazing work all of you!

Thank You for Sharing Your Experience

What a wonderful comment! Thanks so much, TenguLord. We're glad you enjoyed!

I adore this lil game ^^ clearly a lot of work was put in and it shows! The only small gripe I have is when moving between areas there's a chance (that I often found myself doing) of accidentally running into an enemy. I died a couple times due to moving between areas and slamming into a tank. Other than that I love all the characters - my personal favorites being Lori and Mr. Maple. 10/10 from me!

Cozy , nice story and has nice art.

Thank you for sharing your experience!

The game's atmosphere is just perfectly cozy, with adorable textures and cute dialogue!

Thank you for playing! We are so glad you felt the cozy vibes ❤️

An adorable an wholesome little game, with a story and protagonist that are as sweet as the cookies served by a kind grandma. The action is balanced nicely with well-written dialogue exchanged between a diverse cast of characters in the form of toys we all remember from our childhoods. And though the framerate tanks in some areas of the game, it is not enough to take away from the enjoyment, or to mess things up too much for the player. The music is charming and catchy, and the art is beautiful and cute as well. If the objective was to make something that makes you feel all fuzzy and warm inside, this has been achieved in droves, with an astonishing amount of work in such a short while. Well done!

Thank you so much for this detailed feedback! We appreciate it so much. ❤️
